Have you tried doing a search in the specific zip codes on BP for BP pro agents?

One investor that I know keeps his search for properties from the front range (Golden area), to the western half of Denver.

It would be best to talk to a lawyer if you want to be safe, but there are simple forms like this on Google that are just one or two pages
