Since everything, including advertising, is under your team lead’s name, you aren’t getting your name out there.I honestly think it’s silly because clients sign on for the name of the team lead, but most of the time never get to see/talk/communicate with that agent.

Nope.Also, more general note: there are lenders that I refuse to work with no matter what due to service levels, turntimes, communication, etc.

Only one had a tenant who stopped paying altogether and they weren't communicating with us.

So in the meantime while we’re focusing intensely on our total money makeover, we intend to increase our knowledge base, maturity, character, productivity, networking, communication and just general ability overall.

Would you enjoy this service being virtual with most communications being done thru email, website, and transaction based systems?

She has lived in the home for almost a year now and I haven't had any issues communicating with her previously.

By taking a sales job, that company would train you to be a better communicator/salesperson.
