Hello , l am just starting to rent a property out to section 8  tenant , what are the things to do to minimize/prevent  section 8/regular  tenants  from messing up the rented property .

My concern is that there aren't a ton of outside reviews (i.e. those not on the PropertyOnion website), but I don't think the tool has been available for very long (or at least I haven't come across it until recently), so this would explain a lot. 

Plus, once you do enough flips or BRRRRs, you’ll inevitably overrun, mess up, or otherwise lose money on one.

I've learned a few lessons the hard way but I landed here while listening to "The Book on Real Estate Property Investing" by Brandon Turner.

I have researched the property and from what I can find, the owner died 4 years ago.

It's great for cashflow if you're willing to invest in the right neighborhood and do the right rehab.

I have hired a GC in the past and that particular GC took a very long time to finish the project.
