@Elford Stephens  If they have a smart phone show them how easy it is to do with an app..

Once they approve it, the results (credit, background, eviction) show up in your Buildium app...you never have to go to Smartmove yourself.

For the app the appraised vavle and property tax is mostly wrong usaully are.

I downloaded the app, but still can’t figure out how to see it clearly.

But they had so many add-on apps it was intense.

I'd agree that you could also split the app cost, but most tenants should know at this point there's an app fee.

I know Massachusettes has pretty specific laws against charging any type of app fees, but not sure what this means in terms of what can be asked on apps, outside of any obvious questions or statements which might violate FHA law).
