Does this condition rent anti-gouging provision apply for existing tenants or for new one tenants as well.With this provision landlords cannot raise rent more than 10%.

Not all of your renters will have school age kids, but think long term and what happens when you want to sell your home.

I have a great credit score and dti ration is great as well but the 3 banks I have filed applicatons with are telling me they can't help me due to the age.

Based on the age and repairs needed I’d assume to flip there will need to be $20-25k put into it.
