The only guru stuff I've ever interacted with is Russ Whitney's Wholesaling Course.

I love the BP forum because it has proved to be a great place to interact with investors and others in RE.

Some of these groups have an online only presence where you can visit and interact in advance.Prime the PumpLet say you have selected the group but find that the meeting is two weeks away.

I also talked to the housemates and they say that the landlord hasn't raised the rent of the house more than $100 for the past 2-3 years.The house also isn't in the greatest of shape, and it seems like the landlord tries to interact with the house as little as possible.

Haha.. ya.. the forums w all the content and live interaction make for a very engaging focus of time :)As for alternative investment, I meant niche or focus in r/e..

Both i really enjoy doing business with.I hear a lot of good about LU on the multifamily side and have worked with a few of its members attempting to put together multifamily deals, but my interactions with its people on the single family buy and hold side is they are typically under prepared for what lay ahead of them.
