All our current tenants are good and stable so right now we are very being very selective with who we want to bring in as new tenants.Oh, we did sign a lease with Cricket Wireless back in January (with a 40 locations operator and he personally guarantees the lease) so I have been feeling good about that deal.Great input/advise as always.

You truly have no idea who you are communicating with and some of these scammers are very slick.

No one likes to be micromanaged so what is the appropriate level communication?

I understand where your coming from, but networking and communication with other like-minded REI have been powerful for me.

The way we handle this is to correctly communicate to receive documentation verification.
