Stay on it and keep it updated and you'll learn quickly where the money is going.

I have to go to them to see what the updates are, instead of them letting me know first hand.I have stayed because one, their turn over fee is cheap $150 and two, they charge 8% of monthly rent.What almost put me over the edge with this company was a tenant left half way through the lease, they didn't even bother to tell me why.

My family and I were aiming to invest in real estate. 

Once I've found something I will definitely update the community. 

We are aiming for high growth tech hubs, since they also bring a lot of construction jobs.  

He immediately told me to stay away from the deal because the new flood lines put the property in the flood zone which I would not be able to locate easily, especially if I did not have updated maps.

I try to aim for a mix of 4-to-1 Multi to single, cash flow for now, appreciation for later.
