My boyfriend, Asa, who runs his own lawn care business, and I are looking to venture into real estate investing.

What should be my next steps:Should I move it to my name or put it under a holding company / Trust or have it under an LLC? 

Especially since I am planning on buying a multifamily home as my first investment.

I have not invested with Ashcroft, however I have invested in several syndications.

Could someone explain if investing in the Investor-Purchaser Programs such as the SCDC Investor-Purchaser Program is a good idea?
