I know this is training wheels kind of question, but please help me out with your knowledge! 

2-stops to NYC by train.

Many will train you in the aspect as payment for you performing that service. 

I would hire a professional to do it (probably two at first and eventually pick between the better of the two) so that I don't have to spend my time training someone to do a task that someone else is already better at.

I receive monthly payments from a personal injury settlement, but because this does not count as income, I don’t believe I can get approved for a regular home loan program even though I have an excellent credit score and some cash for a down payment.

I also had good experiences with Section 8......Yes I know many people don't like the program.....but from my experience it can work out great.....there are far more vouchers out there then landlords willing to take them and it allowed me to cherry pick the best applicants and have a lot of stability and low turnover rates as a result of that.Don't hesitate to reach out if you'd like to go into a deeper conversation.

I’m with EXP, they are very good with new agents and offer mentor programs which are great.

But just make sure that your VA can be trained to run numbers and comps so you could maximize your time and dedicate it to close more deals.

She has not paid her rent since February 2021 but has been able to secure rental assistance through the program that the NJDCA offers.

I’m not familiar with any programs using section 8 for hotel rooms but my guess would be that unless the rooms have kitchens it could be a tough sell.
