Buy selling the call, u r giving the market the market the opportunity to buy your GLD shares from u at price defined by the strike price of the call....which will typically be higher than the going price.

Thus far (past 3 years) we've been very lucky to get great tenants through the U of R's link with places4students.com.  

We have several student rentals and do not offer discounted rent for summer months on our apartments.We are presently going through an internal debate w/r to whether we might make a summer rent concession at our new student boarding house - this has been brought on by the university offering reduced lodging in residence during the summer.

However, if I could use a tool to find those hidden R-2 properties, it would make for some happy investors.
