I'm looking to start a path to wealth and am very interested in beginning a career within real estate.

A good lease will save you time and money through your investing career.

With that being said, I am finally ready to start my real estate career.

However I'm naïve and passionate enough to believe I can make a career out of real estate investing.

I am at the early stages of my investing career and was hoping to gain some insight here from my fellow like minded peers.

Because it’s so early in my investment career I don’t have the eyes to catch things that an experienced investor would.

And so really take the time and sit down, get as much face time with them as you can, build that relationship because those clients that you work with in the early years are going to often become some of your best referral partners for your entire career, they're also going to become your future sellers.
