As far as I know, Keller Williams is a real estate brokerage that has very little to do with teaching people about real estate investments, so I'm not quite sure why you mentioned it or what sort of reviews you saw about them.

We have a developer up in Logan that is building townhouse style 4plex buildings in the $620,000 range and I believe that will prove to be a great cash flow and equity investment.
