Tenants a living paycheck to paycheck, so, if they have an emergency, they might chose to repair the car, before they pay rent, thinking that they'll catch up with the next paycheck....and then that doesn't work out.

The main reason I have not paid for what they offer is because when I was 54 (now 60) I had a brain anuerism and a stroke very surprisingly.
