I bought four places in May / June - 2 in Bench (83706) and 2 in Merdian (83713) and had no problem renting them out. 

I just bought 3 house in clock field Tennessee and I am try to add more value into the property.

I’m asking given that this is a 4-plex property and I’m assuming it’ll be bought with residential financing (correct me if I’m wrong!).
