They might be thinking that they're better, smarter and/or more sophisticated but, even if all of that was true, that isn't what counts here.The way that I'm going around this in my projects in Mexico and the Dominican Republic is by working with a local partner.

seeing how we probably wont go to court until June, he will owe $9900 in past due rent NOT including late fees. is there a way to collect or report him to the credit agency or do we just take our lumps and call it a loss?

We are trying to purchase a 2nd property however a local credit union bank is saying that we cannot count a primary residence (considered primary residence because my business partner lives in it) as rental income even-though we have been collecting rent for almost a year.

In addition, The Management Company LLC in (2) would be separate from the other LLCS, own nothing, but serve as the "point person" for each individual facility when it comes to collecting rents, paying expenses, etc.
