Here’s my situation:Unfortunately my father passed away a few weeks ago, and my sister and I are the two beneficiaries of his estate.

I’m new to the Halifax market and I travel too much to be able to properly manage myself so I’d like to put some upcoming projects under management.

The freedom to wake up and do what you want, eat what you want, travel where you want, spend time with your family without worrying about the financial consequences. 

I live in Los Angeles, so next I narrowed the list to 20 by factoring in the travel logistics to get there.

If my dad won’t co-sign as he has already done so for my older sister and since I am self employed and a student I can’t qualify for one completely on my own.

Boise has appreciated quicker than lower income wages; however, you don't have to travel too far to adjacent cities/counties with commutes of 30 minutes to an hour to get much less expensive homes / property. 

I recently gave up a dream job traveling the world as a snowboard instructor because my student debt was getting out of control.

I’m interested in growing my portfolio to the point where I have sufficient passive income to live a lifestyle that includes sailing, land travel, skiing and cycling all over the world.

I currently own a home with the title being in my sister and my name.

I might need to evict my tenant for non-payment, I have never done an eviction before, I've heard that it's not hard to DIY, but unfortunately i have made travel plan where i will be out of town for few weeks.
