How does the process works in simple terms, like if you were to drive for dollars and come up with about 50 leads or so do you just go ahead and send off the mailings to the address or is the a process in between that I am missing?

Your renter would be responsible.You should probably have a dehumidifier operating in the basement during th esummer to reduce chances of mold.

They would be much younger employees and incentivesed much differently than most PM companies, also payed per new tenant of the year, and get a small percentage of the rent each month similar to a PM company.I would receive many of the benefits of operating a small business as well as homeowner benefits which would be ideal.
