I've been absent from the forums due to finishing my master's thesis, which interrupted me in the start of my search several months back in the Des Moines area for a cash-flowing rental possibility.Now that I've turned in the thesis (yaaaay!!!)

A friend of mine has an investor that loves to buy in that area because they own several homes. 

Im currently looking at several condos roughly around $30000 each is list price.

Not to mention you would likely need to work as a licensed Real Estate Agent for several years before you are legally allowed to open your own brokerage and offer Property Management to 3rd parties.

We have another post on someone who has a few million in gain and can't afford to sell and buy a similar property since the tax bill would be several hundred thousand.

I have several opportunities and would like to just have the money available to move quickly.Thanks in advance.Jonathan

Many mobile homes have land lease fees that can cost several hundred dollars per month or more, if you buy a home that needs major work where will you get the money for the repairs? 

My chat messages to them are still unread (1.5 weeks after posting).I am about halfway finished with onboarding at HostAway and have had several hiccups, but I think it will work out in the end; their customer support seems to be on top of it.
