Hi there,I am looking to get into MHP investing, I have saved up a quite a bit of funds from selling houses.Is there anybody (preferably in SoCal, but not a big deal) that is in the MHP space, either a broker, or an investor, that can help provide some guidance & would be interested to connect?

I’ve just filled 5 vacant units in a newly renovated building and it was a process.

That process created more unnecessary work and several issues for not only the members of the LLC but also for the states’ regulatory agencies.

According to the listing agent, it's a hard sell because there is an easement between this property and another property that will be THE entry road to a new housing development.  

I've found many excellent wholesalers I do business this way.Another approach...just Google "sell my house" in your area and there will be at least 3-4 paid ads, and dozens more unpaid that will pop up.

So your cash is locked up until they decide to sell the property4.

Which raised some red flags for me.My concern is I don't know the real reason why the seller is selling the property.
