Shows my level of technological prowess...So my phone number has an area code a couple thousand miles from where I'm sending my mailers;  I won''t go into the reasons why, but I could swear in a Wholesaling BP podcast someone mentioned a Google voicemail or something that you could use a different phone number, without buying another phone and adding a phone line to my service.Any ideas? 

You spent hundreds of thousands on a home (I would guess) why cheap out on the legal document between you and person living in your investment? 

Make sure they will communicate, inspect twice a year, give you access to an account and the other thousand things good PM's do.

I don't want any part of her money, and do just fine earning for myself.The scenario here is that she didn't come into $2m(I know that was just a guesstimate and I didn't specify what she came into), but she came into a few hundred thousand which won't necessarily sustain her for the rest of her life.

My real estate company currently owns rental property in Charlotte, and we are sending several thousand mailers per month in NC and SC, and also I host a monthly Investor Meetup.

Ended up several thousand over that, mostly due to the electrical work being more significant than I had seen when I walked through it, the heating system coming in over-estimate, the cost to keep it modestly heated over the winter after we bought it (thanks to the electric heat), and some performance-related labor issues.When I purchased it (November 2015), I figured it would be worth around $140K finished, and rent for $1,400 or so.

But we do get calls often from review companies who, for a few thousand $$, will give you a good review, but it is just not the same as getting those reviews from happy customers.
