I'm still trying to figure out who would want a vacation rental in Coachella Valley ?!?!?!?..............

The plan is to turn it into a 4 bedroom 4 bath, 5,000 square foot home, moving the pool from the inside to the outside, and of course getting rid of the river rock!

I have properties in the Lehigh Valley area PA.

The discipline will ratchet up more as Silicon Valley lunacy subsides and easy venture money gets harder to obtain.  

I am 22 and moved the the Coachella valley to find a better life for my small growing family.

@Rivers Plowden  My day job is salesman/estimator for a construction company so getting repairs taken care of is not a problem.I don't have a quote for insurance yet.  

@Michael Gatti hey mikeI'm very positive on philly right now myselfSome great gentrifying neighborhoods ( point breeze, port Richmond, brewerytown)I personally happen to like port Richmond and plan on picking up a few units in that neighborhood as the progression is heading up the river from Fishtown and nolibsIf you need any help feel free to reach out to me as I've spent a good amount of time in that area

But I'd say if you are looking for a single family home to live in you will probably be interested in a few of the areas in the valley with better neighborhoods than where you will be looking for typical rentals.
