I see a ton of people that self diagnose off the internet or via relative or friend and then I see the pet and they are so far off base it makes me laugh...... skin has a limited response pattern, so lots of skin disease can look very similar to each other....they need to see a professional.... if you are lucky you will eliminate bed bugs off the list of causes just via a medical exam.... that's step one......Your side is to make the investment to have the home inspected....and I would probably do that no matter what... the inspection shouldn't be that costly and if nothing else it will protect you if it were ever to escalate to some legal issues...you did you due diligence to address the concern etcIf the inspection does reveal bed bugs, I would highly recommend you research various treatments and costs....some of the prices I have heard quoted are ridiculous.

Of course not, so point is, I don't put anything past our state or the Feds for that matter to pass ridiculous laws and regulations.Thanks again for your point of view and I agree having the right title person would be key, assuming it is still ok to do that here.

When I opened up my email to check the comps I did not believe the value the comps were showing so I went to the county site to see what moron was paying these ridiculously high prices.

Which I find ridiculous, their inspection was 2 days after closing of course the house was vacant , and on the roof, the roof passed inspection and is about 7-8 years old and I haven't seen any roofs(besides new) that don't have some stains or minor discoloration.Obviously this is a loser company.But my question to you is.
