It’s amazing how many landlords don’t understand this I recognize that dog owners are not a protected class (at least not in my state!).  

The law does recognize that anyone who for years does not use their property, does nothing to maintain it, does not pay taxes and cannot be located through their contact info and addresses of record -has implicitly abandoned their real estate.

The IRS does not recognize managing rental properties reported on Schedule E as a business.

If you become a crappy teacher, and you recognize that I definitely think you should leave.

Someone really wants to sell their house, I want to help them recognize that there are solutions other than selling their house for 50 cents on the dollar (but that is an option if they so choose) or paying 10-18% of the sale price to sell it retail (which they are also free to do, and I can refer them to trusted agents if they are interested).I'm still unsure what the hangup is with 'wholesalers'.
