Hey Poonam, although I am pretty new to this platform, I have been a real estate investor for a while now as well as a business owner.During my journey, I have invested a lot of time and money in people more experienced than me to get where I want to be.

Many times, dealerships will use the same movers and installers for their homes.

Investors and banks will want to see the experience.Prior to syndicating your first deal, you need to spend time educating yourself on not just real estate but specifically syndication.

.: Thanks everyone for your replies, it's in NJ, approx. how much time it will take for foreclosure process and how much I should be ready to spend on attorney.Once we hire an attorney, he will take care, or I also have to go court frequently.I am asking because I  have a job, it's tough to get frequent off.Trying to prepare myself for tough time ahead.Thanks again.
