I have been wanting to become a real estate investor for the last four years (Since I was 14!).

All were raided at the same time once they had him in custody.I'm meeting with lawyer today to start the process for eviction. 

I think most real estate agents won't waste time on buyers who are "coming in with an offer well below asking" with their main justification being they want to pay less, fishing for that rare seller who will randomly accept a much lower offer before dropping list price first to generate competition.

I have hired a GC in the past and that particular GC took a very long time to finish the project.

But at the same time, I feel like this chunk of equity is a huge asset I should be tapping into to get moving. 

I am very interested to start buying multi-family Real Estate. 

But I've never seen it, not even one time, nor even heard about it happening second hand in one of these groups/forums.
