I just got married to a realtor (i can claim real state professional status in 2024 via my wife).

Despite owning our primary residence (paid in full) and being invested for so long, I am realizing I know very little about hands on real estate.

Hey Everyone,I'm new to Real Estate and I'm looking to build connections with other investors, wholesalers and lenders.

I'd personally talk to some contractors, and local real estate agents, and do some more connecting on here to get some more opinions from more seasoned veterans. 

I guess it depends what they mean by 'recently' and it may not have been them. 

I have contractor who will do all the work for me. 2- I am currently a FT employee with real estate investment as my side hassle ( 2 OOS fix and flip going on) .
