My thoughts on eXp...I explored it and moved over as quickly as possible.

I do understand where he is coming from but I am finding out pretty quick that no bank will finance what is considered a residential home under an LLC.

We have learned to quickly quash bad behavior.

You should have the ability to show it anytime if it’s safe and they’ve given their 30-60 days notice.

In my market I can do a flip with roughly 80,000 so I'm  looking for a minimum of $100,000 to be safe.  

Doing a quick search in my area didn't yield any such companies. 

I'm currently living in an apartment inside the loop and was looking for duplexes to house hack, but quickly realized it's hard to find anything worthwhile in the areas young professionals want to live.
