You are correct that the average Joe is quick to mock your dreams.

The best part is there are so many options we could sit here and list them all day however, since you're young (close to the same age as me) I would focus on building a portfolio quickly.

It's a win-win, however most the tenants that take that option are low income and likely to default more quickly.
