My current income isn't enough to quality on my own for a mortgage, but my dad's is. 

I'm actually working on a web scraping script to pull all the key information from the MLS so I can increase my speed at property analysis. 

It used to be we would check Craigslist on Saturday mornings shocked at the poor quality of some of the dark drab photos we have seen on there "showcasing" the rentals.

Unfortunately with this Coronavirus we will need to start over the internet, but this will give me time to bring you up to speed.  

Really depends on quality of construction and its current condition.

Are the pictures high quality?

I said well we own it free and clear this is our price and they met it.. but they tried hard :)   So far its business as usual we nailed a smokin deal in Vegas on Friday.. right off of MLS big price drop and then we offered 5% lower than that all cash close as soon as escrow can get it done and as is where is.. we had our contractors through it the same day.. so speed and cash are going to work in this market as well.

We love to build and take pride in quality work - as a general contractor and shell contractor, we are actively looking for more bidding opportunities.
