My friend has a 6-figure managerial job at Amazon and will fill that void where I lack in consistency (Both of us have credit scores above 750).We have about $300k in cash and would like to obtain as many units as possible in one deal with an acquisition price of $800k or below.

I am a super newbie (not started yet other than research and obtaining capital) and I am seeing comments that buyers are getting their bids turned down with FHA loans or sellers are preferring bids with a conventional loan over an FHA loan.

That would put it in the MLS and syndicate it to all the public facing website to get you the most eyes possible on it.

@Peter MorganHi Peter, rather than working directly with the electric company, I would really recommend you contact your state's Public Utilities Commission and work with them to request a meter check on your behalf.* They will assign a case number, and assist you with the process.

The quality of the sub-market....crime, schools, access to public transit, etc.
