Although places like WeWork and such may have not gone about the flexible work environment model in the correct way there is certainly something to be said for still wanting an office space, but a more shared or less permanents lease model would certainly be attractive to many startups....including myself!

@Andy Chen I know mixed use is a little harder to finance, but I would think 65-70% LTV would be pretty easy to find. 50% LTV should get you very attractive rates and terms.

The main issue I am asking is since the property would not be income producing when it is bought would a regular bank be willing to finance that?
