Currently a bit busy with primary job #1, but will have some time coming up to learn more.

Greetings:I have my first rental property and have potential tenant from out of state who is job relocating.

Long story short, we sold just recently and lost money because they wanted out and we did a poor job of running numbers when we bought them. 

From the outside I've seen bolt cutters do the job if there is enough room.

I worked with a family friend who did a good job with the process but I should’ve have verified the rate !

I’ve pretty much got the rest of my team in place but am having a hard time finding a company that is willing to give a fair price for the job.  

@Jay BarleyAs for driving for dollars, try and print a good map and pregame the area you want to drive around.

I'm not ready to quit my day job yet, but use commercial lending.

Glad my post led you here @Tanya JonesThey do a good job with the sales pitch and I have no doubt that someone very motivated, who had the funds but needed some real help and direction would definitely benefit from the training they offer. 

I have a full time job getting off around 5pm typically and have free time after that and most weekends to help with anything.
