Same thing applies to your home owner.Based on the specific circumstance of your target market, you can adjust your elevator pitch to fit the situation.Example pre-foreclosures:  "Hi my name is David, I own property in the area.

Dave, while your advice seems on target with respect to taxation, I really do not agree as far as your comment concerning liability protection offered by the LLC.

Sorry, Mike but that 2% target is going to be tough to pull off in most markets.

A specific one is that tenants or someone else believe me to be a rich target they can steal from.

Just one caution, I have no idea what your rules are up there, and I would think that would be the same for most here, so take what you read with a pound of salt, not just a grain.
