If  your rule is not to rent to anyone with a prior eviction, this person would fall under that rule.  

It effects every aspect of the property and performance- the type of loans and insurance you need will change if you don't hold the property in your personal name.

A cool feature on VRBO has been the allowance of a video for each property.  The user simply uploads the video - which is hosted on YouTube - onto the property listing and voila...

These areas are all great and growing really fast, in my personal opinion.
