Hey guys, I’ve been building a portfolio for a few years of commercial and residential properties, it’s been goin great so far until I feel like I’m running out of cash to buy new ones, currently I’m flipping some properties one at a time to make money to buy more rentals, my problem is when I’m done rehabbing I feel like I want to keep them and rent them out!

Personally, rather than push on rate I would go for max flexibility on the repayment.

Hi all,  out of curiosity and personal interest in achieving this as well, I would like to get the GC license.

We currently do not have much money in saving due to recently rehabbing both of our houses.

If I'm in your shoes I would checkout any local RE meetups happening nearby, that would be a great spot to meet some other folks in your shoes and/or other lenders who might be able to give their perspective if it makes sense to pull out money from your home rn or not. 

I personally am looking a MTR in that area, rather than the beach strictly for headaches regarding hurricanes/salt.

I personally spent 2 years bringing this cabin from 1970 to 2023 remodeling the entire property.

He does not want any money out of the deal he just wants his mortgage paid off.
