The seller financing person is not involved in the closing when you sell it.

It's hard to do business when a personal relationship exists.

I personally don't believe that the property will continue to appreciate or see the rent growth that it has seen over the past few years.Based off of the surface level information, what options would you go with and why?

I have no more headaches, there is an umbrella policy for the properties, and I can buy more properties with the cash flow without anymore personal money.

My personal opinion is: once the renovation is done, property is rented and generally stabilized, I take out a fixed rate mortgage.

Makes big sense to them to pay good money, but for you as the investor wanting to resell it, you couldn't pay that much and make money.Florida....just being devil's advocate...wouldn't you want to buy in a place that has high demand and the chances of selling or values better, than in the little town I described above where there is no demand and no growth?

@Maurice George, you can pay the heirs for access to inspect the property and you can buy personal property.
