As it is set up now, my tenants are allowed to have overnight guests but limited to only a few days.

I get the basics of what I need to do, I have the Exchange Company set up already with everything that they need to this point, I know I need to ID a property or properties within 45 day of closing and close on the new property/properties within 180 days.

A few days pass as the technician orders the required parts to make the repairs, and once the parts have arrived he calls to set up an appointment to actually fix the thing and in the meantime a few more days pass. 

I think I'd use that chunk of cash to set up a huge high-cash-value, whole life policy.

Simpli safe is very easy to set up and way cheaper for both the purchase and monthly service. 

I have a fourplex in Michigan that has a common room that is set up to serve as a laundry for the 16 total adjacent units. 

It has a laundry room that is set up for four washers and four dryers on natural gas but not populated with machines.it serves 16 units in a very isolated rural community.  

At this time you can not set up another email for the same entity and have it directed to another account under that business.
