I firmly believe that it takes passion, patience and most of all persistence (as I learned from this project) to make these kinds of projects succeed.

But, I sympathize with someone like yourself who want to follow their passion but doesn't have the funds to do so.

Going forward it will also be manageable to pursue both your passions.

You could invest in education and pursue a great career.You could try emulating Warren Buffet and invest in the stock market.You could try imitating Ray Kroc and start the next McDonald's franchise.There are lots of models for making money but they all pretty much share the same basic requirements: passion; hard work; skill; some luck; and time.I suppose you could also try becoming a guru, but that's another topic.

If you can do that, you will succeed.You've got a great plan, and it sounds like you have the passion & energy to execute it.Good luck!

I started in Architecture (still my passion) and learned quickly that the Architect was responsible for the entire project but paid the least.
