My other rentals in PA don't have gutter screens and I wish they did (I literally have plants growing in the gutters of one property), so I recommend them. 

In PA i think i need to send letter about 10 days to pick up items or store for 30 days unless tenant tells me its all trash.Do i send letter to the property address he got evicted from then?
