Different things happen in different buildings all over the country, its not like a meth lab was previously in there which could cause health issues, as long as the unit is cleaned up and in rentable condition I really don't see any problem, unless of course your nephew is afraid of ghosts.

Just remember maybe 1 out 20 or so that you see will ever do anything with the information.But I know many guru grads around the country that have gone on to make big bucks..

Both parties do not know the final price.I take issue because the recordation of any note/mortgage/trust has been the law since before the United States was even a country.  

Looks like several credible scientists from different organizations and universities agree that it will likely happen sometime in the next 50 years and will likely be the worst natural disaster in the countries history.
