So here is my tip for those who need, want it, and glad they have it.

There are 5% conventional loans too if FHA does work...talk to a loan officer.

You could do this and that likely solves your problem, if this is even a problem to begin with.Talk to a loan officer and see what they say

I am no expert at volcano readings but i would imagine there are some signs that it could hit a tipping point where a small event may occur.

There are those who have had good experiences, and some that have had terrible experiences with them, and it varies a LOT by office.  

My grandfather has been a stockbroker for most of his adult life and semi-retired to a part time broker in his home office, living mainly on his own stock portfolio at 37 years old (1964). 

Thanks for the tips .. is it easy to identify owners of distressed, run-down or abandoned properties? 

What if they have moved, their forwarding address is no longer valid, they got married and changed their name, etc, etc, etc.One recent case the lien holder Chase was not notified as their office address changed and they moved to a new location. 

I contacted the Humane Society and the officer told me the dog was being neglected and abused.
