This business is about being patient right?

I just dollar-cost average and stay patient since markets go up over time.

Be patient and spend a few hundred hours on self education.

In fact, if you don't mind putting in a bit of elbow grease or being patient and waiting for the right opportunity, you can even still find the occasional 3-bedroom house for under a half million.

Again, they key is being patient and putting good tenants in your units.

We learned to be a little more patient on acquiring anything that is presented to us.

As frustrating as it was, I kept patient with Holdfolio and eventually they were able to sell the property at a profit and pay all the cumulative preferred dividends that were missed. 

I am an emergency physician and know that I don't want to do shift work forever although I do enjoy patient care.
