I am currently looking into the same permits and inspections process for a multi family apartment in wynwood so I would be interested in seeing any of these answers.

I’m ready to buy a small multi-unit or single family home but I need a investor friendly realtor and lender.

When the market was down, I initially preferred to invest in SFRs from the standpoint of having a better exit strategy and because I could buy a SFR for the same unit cost as a unit in a multi family property.

Do they think they have multi offers, so they want to profit off the financing...?

I have read and researched many different ways to value multi units, but nothing seams to talk on if repairs needed.
