NO, I have purchased and sold 100s and 100s ,AND 100s and have done  a 1k of move in and outs with sec 8 , all the same.

Apparently a family in the area had an insurance claim serious enough where they need to move out of their home for approx 3 months - maybe more. 

I just moved to Brookfield Connecticut last June.

Also of all the prospects that call we rarely if ever get one calling "wanting" to move to the OKC public schools areas.

I'm Andy, I'm orignally from California but moved out to Texas.

I moved here from Florida after seeing the projected growth.

We have small children so I think the benefits would really need to outweigh the negatives to make a move like this.

And like Ali mentioned, many parts of N Texas are ALWAYS in the top 5 of the country for: growth, home value increase, top choice of companies to move too ...

This would become a single family when I move.
