My girlfriend posted it online and got a lot of responses, I had her ask pre-app questions, and the majority of them moved along.

This allows you to generate individual codes for each guest, lets you see through the app when they come and go, and you can set it so that after their check-out time, the code deactivates.

I started using the DealCheck app on these condos and indeed it pops up more than $500 in negative cash flow in all of them, which is eye opening.

I am under contract to purchase my first mobile home.

Another option to explore is purchasing a single family, condo, mobile home whatever it is, and rent out the other rooms.
