Those who are involved with the process of allowing the permits are horrible with communication, not responsive, terribly inefficient, and seemingly do everything possible to deny or delay.In the meantime, there are more attractive places outside AVL city limits, in my opinion. 

I now use them for my annual filings and agent of process for about $300/yr and had them create my second LLC (and paid them)

We have never sold a property so I am very unaware of what the process is like.

A few months ago we were in the process of evicting some tenants.

I am slowly working my way thru the process :)I think remembering to set my goals, then check this againt those, and also be sure to see if there are better returns i could get elsewhere are my main criteria right now. 

The court is of little help in such situations since if tenant does not provide forwarding address, the court will not process a complaint. as a Landlord i am desperately searching for a way or a method outside of traditional credit bureaus to verify and screen such tenants.

The wife will walk them through the process if that is required. 

I'm assuming the builders don't issue a 1099.These builders generally have their own forms and require you to use them.I'm just unsure what this process really looks like.
