My in-laws had a similar ish situation, were showed buildings not included in the parcel being sold, no survey done, found out at closing table what parcel actually included from seller, then decided to not close since they weren't getting what they thought, got sued by seller for 50k after seller sold to someone else for 50k less in declining market, in the end after 2 yrs of stress, broker e&o insurance covered but they were still out like 20k in legal fees.

I made a mistake earlier, the manufactured home was built in 2004, so I take it the loan has to be 10 yrs the most unless they refi'd it, which to me it seems like, because the amount seems so high still.

I watched the same vid and yes it is true if you googled loan approval with promissory of employment everything he said was true except in that video on youtube his numbers were off a little and he wasn't taking certain things into consideration but overall he tells the truth I'm going to also be getting the promise of employment to qualify for a loan because otherwise it would take us to have two yrs w2

I will consult council about including an assignment of rents in any documents we draw-up.In the end, the question is: Is it worth tying-up 40K in capital for 3-yrs in exchange for 5-8K in interest or can I get better returns using the 40K in another opportunity.
