And we all know the marketing message buy low end houses rent to doctors and nurses and retire on your rentals..  

She and I are both in the medical device field and like what we do, and we each have 15 years or so left until traditional retirement.  

Of course there are bad people in all industries.. lawyers get disbarred  doctors get kicked out of the medical profession.. brokers lose their licenses  Pilots get caught flying drunk  wholesaler rip equity from those that don't understand  its all true.  

His other job is selling medical equipment.

You can come up with any creative way you think to get rid of them and the tenant could respond by presenting a doctor's note saying they are "service animals".
