It seems like given the uncertainty in the market, some good opportunities might open up in the Real Estate market or even Stock Market. 

I trade Futures online and even though I can make money trading Stocks, Options, ETF's and Futures, there are only a couple that I would that I daytrade because they meet my criterias for trading easily and produce profits from short term holding.

Currently I have 10k saved and about 3-4 grand in stocks that has been fluctuating as of late.
